Behaviours for learning and progression

In episode 13 of the Virti XR Training Podcast Nick is joined by Hamish Mackenzie, Digital Learning Specialist and Founder of Digital Resilience UK, an agency preparing students for digital lives.   In this conversation, we talk about the impact that COVID-19 has had on institutional adoption of digital solutions and behaviours for learning and educational progression with technology.  We discuss the behavioural considerations behind digital transformation and how to move things beyond ' we have always done it this way' towards 'business, as usual, is no longer an option' and how to facilitate this change management in different organisations
