Virti Onboarding 1.0: How to Get Yourself Set Up Fast and Be Ready to Roll đź’ş

Virti is excited to announce the launch of Virti Onboarding 1.0! This new feature will help organisations get themselves set-up on our Virti platform in less than 30 minutes thanks to our automated onboarding. We will provide you with a quick start guide, which once you complete all steps, your organisation will be ready to roll! This enables you to get set up fast and be able to add your videos and create simulations right away.

Additionally, having the ability to set-up a feedback process for your employees, to obtain immediate feedback from learners and improve your L&D initiatives. This will result in allowing employees to give their opinions about specific training courses or other learning materials they have been exposed to.

Why Onboarding 1.0 for your training & development needs?

Onboarding 1.0 utilises game design principles to take anyone on the platform through a guided introduction to how to use the platform to ensure your team and employees can get themselves set-up easily and in less than 30 minutes, ensuring your people can spend more time on what matters the most, their training and learning journey.

How to get started with Virti onboarding

As part of Onboarding 1.0, our team has created a "Quickstart Guide" outlining all the steps needed to set up your organisation on the platform. Once all steps have been completed, your organisation is ready to-go. You can easily check your progress to make sure you've completed all steps.

The onboarding will activate itself automatically for new users signing up. However, existing admins can go to the onboarding dashboard and restart onboarding if they wish to go through it.

Get set-up, fast!

The user set-up process within Onboarding 1.0 allows (super)admins to quickly add learners to your organisation, within the Virti platform. This will enable you to assign learners to training courses and simulations you create on the Virti app and Web Player 2.0.

Learning & development teams will also be able to quickly upload their first interactive training video. Through Onboarding 1.0 you will learn how to upload your content, so you can start making simulations and up-skill your workforce in an efficient and timely manner.

L&D teams will also learn how to create simulations within the Virti platform, and make training interactive with the use of multiple types of interactions. You will learn how to set up a course with learning objectives attached to it.
